Born and raised in Great Falls, Montana, John has spent his life immersed in the stunning rivers and lakes of his home state. His fishing journey began in earnest in 1998 when he built his first wooden drift boat, embarking on a rewarding career as a guide on the picturesque Bighorn River.
A Wealth of Experience
- Lodge Management: For 23 years, John and his wife managed a renowned Fly Fishing Lodge, where they welcomed anglers from all over. This experience honed John’s skills and deepened his understanding of fishing techniques, customer service, and the beauty of the fishing lifestyle.
- Semi-Retirement: Now semi-retired, John is eager to continue sharing his passion for fishing. He’s excited to get back on the river, guiding clients through memorable fishing experiences that blend skill, adventure, and the joy of nature.
